Adrianne Williams
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Adrianne Williams is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in medical and dental operations. As Co-Founder and CEO, she brings deep expertise in practice growth, operational efficiency, and profitability across a wide range of business models.

Adrianne holds a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and most recently served for 10 years as Chief Operating Officer of a large, multi-specialty oral surgery and periodontics group. Her background spans from single-owner practices to DSO and private equity-backed organizations and everything in between, giving her a comprehensive perspective on scaling and sustaining specialty practices.

She has led strategic initiatives across marketing, human resources, and operations—building high-performing teams that elevate morale, drive productivity, and support long-term success. Adrianne also has extensive experience in recruiting and onboarding surgeons, launching de novo practices from the ground up, and guiding practices through complex acquisition transitions.

Adrianne lives in Raleigh with her loving husband and two children. She loves to travel and is often the go-to "travel agent" among her friends—but she’s happiest watching her kids play soccer from the sidelines.

Lori Butler
Co-Founder & Chief Clinical Strategy Officer

Lori Butler brings over 15 years of leadership experience to her role as Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Strategy Officer. With a strong foundation in patient care, Lori began her career as a surgical assistant and quickly advanced to lead surgical assistant, eventually becoming a respected Clinical Director in a high-volume oral surgery and periodontics practice.

Known for her strategic mindset and hands-on leadership, Lori has spent the past decade driving growth by training doctors and teams, streamlining clinical operations, and optimizing surgical schedules. Her expertise lies in building high-performing teams and developing scalable systems that support both clinical excellence and practice profitability.

With deep experience in both de novo startups and acquisitions, Lori understands how to build a successful practice from the ground up—as well as how to uncover efficiencies and elevate performance in established offices.  She is passionate about mentoring others in the oral surgery field and is committed to helping practices thrive through thoughtful strategy and operational excellence.

Outside of work, Lori has a strong passion for nutrition and fitness, and she loves any reason to be at the pool or the beach—but she's most often found at a dance competition with her daughter or cheering from the baseball field sidelines for her son.

Bridgette Barham
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Bridgette Barham brings over 15 years of experience in oral surgery and dental practice operations to her role as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer. Throughout her career, she has held nearly every administrative role within a practice, giving her a deep and practical understanding of what it takes to run a high-performing team and deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Bridgette’s operational expertise spans a wide range of areas, including improving call center answer rates, increasing case conversion, streamlining front desk workflows, and optimizing revenue cycle management (RCM). Most recently, she served as Administrative Director of a large multi-specialty surgical practice, where she was known for her hands-on leadership style and ability to drive measurable results.

No matter the challenge, Bridgette is known as a problem-solver who gets things done. She is passionate about building systems that work, empowering teams to succeed, and creating operational solutions that lead to long-term growth.

Bridgette lives in the Raleigh area with her amazing husband and three children. She loves spending time outdoors, especially at the beach, and watching all three of her kids play competitive baseball/softball.
